Total Project
Management
KarssCom know from their
experience that all activities require planning and controlling. When an
order is received it is entered into our master schedule and a dedicated
project manager is assigned.
Each job has a unique reference, ensuring status of components,
drawings, software and costs incurred are maintained on a daily basis.
This means that potential problems are identified early and overcome
without effecting the project's success
Internal Project Management
Disciplined
and comprehensive project management is as critical as application
expertise, system engineering and product performance.
For this reason the complete
process of product management including design, procurement,
installation and commissioning of the system is controlled by a
dedicated team of project engineers responsible to an experienced
project manager.
Site Project
Management
During
the development stage one of the project team will visit site to inspect
unloading facilities, and make provision for correct and safe unloading
and positioning of the equipment. Installation requirements are
confirmed and routes for cables and ancillaries are verified with client
site personnel.
During installation and
commissioning the Site Project Manager will work closely with client
site personnel ensuring that all work is progressing on schedule and
safely.
On completion of installation and
commissioning, the Site Project Manager will assist the client to
complete functional testing. Strategy documents and test plans that
formulate the agreed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are produced during
the development stages in co-operation with the client and members of
the project and development teams.
After Sales
Management
Once successful UAT has been competed the Site Project
Manager will pass project management into the careful hands of our
Technical Support and Service Team. The client will be introduced to the
team who will handle any future requirements.
Service agreements are available and
can be tailored to suit production schedules to ensure that equipment
continues to operate at it's optimum performance.
